In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the idn77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership. idn77 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be demonstrated.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. idn77 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction across all products. Registering an account while under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration. idn77 is designed, operated, and localised specifically for the Indonesian market. Access from outside Indonesia may be restricted without notice.
• Legal Capacity: You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts on idn77.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have been previously self-excluded from idn77 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in force. You must not have had an idn77 account previously closed for cause (including fraud, collusion, or Terms violations).
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on idn77. If you have an existing Account — whether active, dormant, or suspended — you are not eligible to create a new one. Contact customer support to reinstate a dormant account rather than creating a duplicate.
• Acting in Own Name: You must register and operate your Account solely on your own behalf. Operating an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your Account, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and any subsequent KYC process must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements. During registration, you are required to provide at minimum: a valid username of your choosing; a secure password; your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID; your date of birth; your Indonesian mobile phone number; and a valid email address. All fields must be completed accurately. idn77 does not accept registrations via bots, scripts, or automated processes.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. idn77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify idn77 immediately via live chat support and change your password without delay.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). idn77 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of your membership, including but not limited to: prior to processing the first withdrawal; where deposits reach a defined threshold; or where the compliance team identifies activity requiring review. Accepted KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM) — must be valid and show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and current residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where requested, a copy or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used to make deposits, showing the account holder name matching your idn77 registration details.

Failure to complete KYC within 14 calendar days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is satisfied. idn77 reserves the right to extend this deadline at its discretion or to escalate the matter to full account suspension.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account is classified as dormant after 180 consecutive days of no login activity. idn77 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts, deducted from the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero. Members will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in via the idn77 Login page.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on idn77 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). idn77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If a payment is initiated in a foreign currency, it will be declined at the cashier stage.

4.2 Approved Deposit Methods. idn77 supports deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP local bank transfers; and the e-wallet and digital payment services OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. idn77 does not charge any deposit transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmation of the incoming transfer.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. To submit a withdrawal request, you must: have completed any applicable KYC process; have a Balance comprising Real Money Funds (Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable); and be withdrawing to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your idn77 account details. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. idn77 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. idn77's target withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes from approval; in all cases, withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours of submission.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Source. idn77 operates a return-to-source withdrawal policy. Funds will be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the original deposit was made, where technically possible. Where the original source is no longer available, the Member must contact customer support to complete a formal source-change verification process before an alternative destination will be approved.

4.5 Transaction Limits. idn77 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at the platform level or at the individual account level, including in connection with bonus terms or responsible gaming settings applied at the Member's request. Any applicable limits will be disclosed to the Member in advance.

4.6 Refused Transactions. idn77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where: the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent; the payment method does not match the Member's registered details; the Account is under KYC review or compliance investigation; or applicable regulations require idn77 to withhold the payment pending further review. In such cases, idn77 will notify the Member and provide guidance on the steps required to resolve the matter.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. idn77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to Indonesian cultural occasions such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Bonus Terms.

5.2 Eligibility for Bonuses. To qualify for any bonus or promotion, you must:

• Hold a valid, verified idn77 Account in good standing;
• Have made any minimum qualifying deposit specified in the promotion's terms, using a qualifying payment method where specified;
• Opt in to the promotion via the designated mechanism (e.g., entering a bonus code, clicking "Claim Bonus" on the Casino Bonus page) before the promotion's expiry time;
• Not currently hold an active bonus that conflicts with the claimed bonus under a "one active bonus at a time" rule, where applicable.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the Bonus Funds being credited. Incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will result in the forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

5.4 Eligible Games. Wagering requirements may not be fulfilled by placing bets on all games equally. The promotion's specific terms will state which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Typically, slots contribute 100% of the stake per spin toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. idn77 reserves the right to exclude specific game titles from bonus wagering eligibility at any time.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. idn77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; systematically placing low-risk or hedged bets to reduce variance during wagering of Bonus Funds; using automated betting software or bots in connection with a bonus; colluding with other Members to satisfy wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is detected, idn77 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, forfeit all associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.

5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. idn77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a Member's Account at the time of withdrawal will remain subject to the terms under which they were originally issued, unless a material change in circumstance requires otherwise. idn77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.

6.1 Game Outcomes. All casino games available on idn77 — including slots, live dealer tables, number games, and specialty games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or operate via licensed live dealing studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of idn77's intervention and are not influenced by any operational decision made by idn77 staff.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is set by the respective game studio and certified by an independent testing body. 6.3 Sportsbook Integrity. 6.5 Prohibited Betting Strategies. The following betting practices are prohibited on idn77 and may result in account suspension, winnings adjustment, or permanent closure:

• Arbitrage betting or "arbing" across two or more markets or platforms to guarantee a risk-free return;
• Coordinated betting between multiple accounts to exploit promotional or bonus structures;
• Use of betting bots, automated software, or AI-assisted wagering tools without explicit written authorisation from idn77;
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies that a reasonable person would recognise as clearly incorrect.

6.6 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, or connectivity interruption that results in a game round being incomplete or a bet being accepted at an incorrect price, idn77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the relevant stake to the Member's Account Balance. idn77 will not be liable for any additional losses attributed to a malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

9.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where idn77 is found directly liable for a loss suffered by a Member in connection with the platform, idn77's total aggregate liability to that Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member to their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Services. idn77 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services integrated into the platform, including payment processors, game studios, live dealer studio operators, and identity verification service providers. Any disputes with third-party service providers must be addressed directly with the relevant provider.

9.5 Your Responsibility. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. idn77 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through normal platform use in accordance with these Terms.

10.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your idn77 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. 10.3 Termination for Cause. idn77 may permanently close your Account and forfeit all Bonus Funds (and, where applicable, winnings) in the event of any of the following:

• Provision of false, fraudulent, or materially misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Operation of more than one Account on idn77 (duplicate account policy violation);
• Use of the platform while under the age of 21;
• Engagement in bonus abuse, collusion, or any prohibited betting practice set out in Clause 6.5;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts in connection with the platform;
• Attempts to defraud idn77 or any third-party payment provider through charge-backs, false payment disputes, or other fraudulent payment conduct;
• Any conduct that idn77 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or detrimental to other Members.

Where termination is for cause, idn77 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the entire Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

idn77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on idn77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, idn77 collects personal data for the purposes of: account administration and customer service; identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention; payment processing; compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. idn77 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
